Cozy, Welcoming Agriturismo in Abruzzo
On my way back from Puglia to Tuscany, I stumbled upon this beautiful agriturismo in Abruzzo. This region is still relatively unknown in terms of tourism, making it an ideal spot for those looking to discover a new Italian paradise. I had visited a few agriturismos in Puglia that I didn’t think were quite right for My Italy’s clients, so I was pleasantly surprised when I found this gem!
I received a warm welcome from the owner, Manuela, and I could immediately tell that she loves making her guests feel at home. Her parents are also happy to help and are always ready to offer tips on restaurants, outings, hiking trails, and beautiful beaches!
The agriturismo is set in a green and tranquil area, boasting breathtaking views of the surrounding vineyards, the Majella mountain, and nearby villages. Both the indoor and outdoor spaces provide the perfect opportunity to admire the agriturismo in all its beauty. In the garden, there’s an above-ground wooden pool, tucked away behind a lovely antique wall. The pool is modestly sized but deep enough (1.20 meters) to cool off on a warm day. There are also sun loungers where you can relax and enjoy the stunning views!
Suites, Rooms, and Breakfast
The agriturismo has a total of three floors. On the ground floor, there are two standard rooms with direct outdoor access. The second floor features two suites, each with its own terrace and views of the mountains and hills. On the first floor, there’s a spacious hall with a relaxation area and a panoramic terrace, where breakfast is also served. All rooms come equipped with a private bathroom, minibar, air conditioning, and a private outdoor space with table and chairs.
Breakfast consists of carefully selected and authentic products, lovingly prepared by Manuela! In the summer, you can enjoy breakfast in the garden or on the terrace. If the weather doesn’t permit, breakfast will be served indoors in the spacious hall.
Since the agriturismo only has double rooms and suites, it is not suitable for children under 15 years old.
In short
A small-scale agriturismo with welcoming owners. Perfect for anyone looking to discover an undiscovered paradise in Italy!
