This farmhouse is ideal for 2 families. It comprises two separate houses, each suitable for 4-6 persons. The farmhouse is quietly situated only 3 km from the lively town of Casole d'Elsa, centrally located in Tuscany. Around the house is a large garden with a nice big pool.
The apartments
The first, the upper house, consists of a living room with fireplace and satellite TV, kitchen with dishwasher, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In front of the house is a private terrace with pergola. An external staircase leads to the lower house. This consists of a spacious living room with fireplace and satellite TV, kitchen with dishwasher, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Also this house has a private terrace with outdoor furniture.
