Beautiful apartments in a villa in a characteristic village on Lake Garda
Have you always dreamt of living in an Italian village for a while, among the locals? Then this is your opportunity! This beautifully renovated villa is situated in a small village, just 700 metres from the village square. A short morning walk to get your coffee in the village? Or an ice-cream in the afternoon? Or go for a bite to eat in the evening? You can do all that within a range of 1 km! This cosy village is still quiet and authentic. A lovely place to return to, after spending a long day on the crowded pebble beaches of Lake Garda. Or after a day exploring the lively but touristy Sirmione. Your apartment is ‘your’ home where you can recharge your batteries. A unique experience.
The villa
The renovated villa dates from the 17th century, and has a characteristic courtyard surrounded by the apartments. At the back of the villa is a small relax pool with a jacuzzi and massage fountain. Not suitable for swimming (it’s too small for that), but great for relaxing! It is lined with loungers where you can sunbathe or simply recline while savouring the “dolce far niente". When you step out through the magnificent wooden entrance gate, you are on the edge of the village, and a 10-minute walk will take you to its ‘centre’.
The apartments
There are 8 apartments in the villa, some of them are bilocale (with one bedroom) and some trilocale (with two bedrooms). Some of the apartments are situated on the ground floor, the others are on the first floor. They all have their own seat on the shared courtyard or on the shared roofed terrace on the first floor. All of the apartments are equipped with airco, wifi, satellite TV, dishwasher, oven, microwave, toaster and coffee maker.
